  __ Get the LaTeX template and style files from NOAO.
	% ftp iraf.noao.edu (140.252.1.1)
	% [log in as anonymous]
	% [use your username as the password]
	% cd iraf/conf/pasp/
	% get README
	% [exit]

  __ Prepare your paper following the instructions in the README file.

  __ Check your paper carefully.

  __ Be sure to include at least 6 keywords in your LaTeX file that are
     appropriate for your manuscript.  Do NOT make these keywords part
     of your camera-ready manuscript.

  __ Prepare any figures or illustrations at production size.

  __ Email the LaTeX copy of your manuscript to softconf@noao.edu.

  __ Mail 1) two copies of your manuscript, one of which is camera-ready,
     2) any illustrations at production size, and 3) this sheet to
     include your name, email address, and manuscript keywords to: Software
     Conference, National Optical Astronomy Observatories, P.O. Box 26732,
     Tucson, AZ  85726  USA.
