Type or typeset the abstract on one sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper. A4 paper is ok. 2. Leave roughly 1 inch margins on the left and right sides of the page - the left margin should be flush left; the right margin may either be ragged or flush right. 3. Leave a 1 1/2 inch margin at the top of the page, and at least a 1 inch (1 3/4 inch for A4 paper) margin on the bottom of the page. 4. The title of the paper should come first with the important words capitalized. 5. Leave one space between the title and the authors/institutions. List the person presenting the paper as the first author. The authors should be listed with their first and middle initials followed by their last names; the institutions should be abbreviated and in parentheses. 6. Leave one space between the authors/institutions and the body of the abstract. 7. The title, authors/institutions and body of the abstract should all be flush left.
