First Annual Conference on

            Astronomical Data Analysis Software and Systems

                            November 6-8, 1991
                              Tucson, Arizona


Dear Colleague,

We are pleased in your interest in the First Annual Conference on
Astronomical Data Analysis Software and Systems.  The meeting is being 
sponsored by the National Optical Astronomy Observatories (Tucson, Arizona),
the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (Cambridge, Massachusetts), and
the Space Telescope Science Institute (Baltimore, Maryland).  The meeting
will be hosted by NOAO and held in Tucson, November 6-8, 1991.

The response to the preliminary announcement indicates that over 250 people
are interested in attending the conference with over 125 oral or poster papers
suggested for presentation.  These numbers are greater than our original
estimates.  Get your registration in early as space may be limited.

Enclosed is a copy of the second announcement for the meeting as well as
information about the Conference arrangements and the Registration Form. 
Please note that you must complete and return this Registration Form to be
registered for the Conference; preliminary registration is not a valid
registration.
