This mem0 package version C is revised from its v. B released in Oct. 1992.

Major revisions:

1. The task irme0. Now convergence is much faster and results are much
better. This is due partly to the use of the "model updating" technique.
The number of FFTs per iteration is 4.

The input parameters for noise are changed. Some new parameters are added.

The parameters after "message" are mainly for the purposes of test and
comparison. Usually they need not be changed.

2. The suffix "b" in some tasks' names has been deleted. The task foolfactor 
has been renamed to pfactor.

3. A bug in the task imconv has been fixed so that the result is correct for
the parameter norm=no.
