This is the latest and greatest version of skycalc.  It is
packaged as a tar.gz file using the Python
"distutils".

Summary

Includes a new GUI version of skycalc, built on Python and
Tkinter.  There is an optional planetarium-style display of the
sky.  This distribution also includes the latest versions of 
the text-based interface programs.  Automatic installation 
tools (make and setup.py) are included for the first time.
