Imtool/IIS display protocol library

sao-iis is a C library used to talk to image display servers that implement
the imtool/IIS display protocol, e.g. imtool, ximtool, saoimage, saotng,
the IPAC image display tool, and perhaps others.

CFHT wrote this software and we can't verify whether or not it is fully
compatible with all display servers, nor are we responsible for the code.
You may be able to find a more recent copy in the CFHT archive listed above.
