        (ADASS '95 to be held in Tucson, AZ, October 22-25, 1995)

                   APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE


The following information is required of each applicant.  An incomplete
application may delay or invalidate a request for financial assistance.  There
are limited funds for financial assistance for ADASS '95, so it is important
that all applications be received by the deadline of July 12, 1995.

    funds that require ADASS funding approval first

       Registration fee
       Abstract fee
       Demo fee

9.  Abstract (required) of paper to be presented at the Conference and/or one
    or two concise paragraphs outlining research project if presenting a demo

10. Letter of recommendation (if graduate student)

11. Vita and Bibliography

12. Expiration date of passport (must be valid 6 months beyond visa 
    expiration date)
