The file nfdat_ctio.tgz contains calibration data files for the NEWFIRM
camera at CTIO.  It is unpacked at the root of the nfextern package;
i.e. <path>/nfextern.  It will produce the directory newfirm/nfdat_ctio.
To use this directory load the newfirm package and set the environment
variable nfdat:

    newfirm> reset nfdat = "newfirm$nfdat_ctio/"

If you have updated the V2.15 version of nfextern (V2.02: 20110525)
then these calibration files and the default setting for nfdat are
already in the distribution.  In this update you can set nfdat to
"newfirm$nfdat_kpno/" to get the files for NEWFIRM at KPNO.

If you have not updated to the latest nfextern this file can still be
used as described above.  The default nfdat is to newfirm$nfdat which
contains the calibration files for KPNO.  This applies to both the older
frozen V2.14 nfextern and the older versions of V2.15 nfextern.
