The FXCOR Task

The FXCOR task has the ability to process input list of one or two-dimensional spectra, data may optionally be rebinned and/or continuum subtracted as they are read in. In interactive mode, the user can change any of the task parameters or pset values through colon commands. The keystroke commands allow the user to select new peaks to be fit, define the fitting region, or change modes.

The Spectrum Mode allows the user to view the raw, prepared or filtered spectra as well as interactively set the correlation sample regions. The Fourier Mode lets the user select filtering parameters and view various properties of the FFT. Finally, a Continuum Mode exists to permit interactive continuum fitting and subtraction.
