To unsubscribe to any list send a message to listproc@iraf.noao.edu with the message "unsubscribe <newsgroup>" where <newsgroup> is something like "adass-iraf-announce". Note that the "dashed" form of the newsgroup/list name is used for the listserver, rather than the "dotted" form. Multiple requests can be included on successive lines.
